Should a patient or their loved ones have any questions or concerns they should speak to the physician(s) and/or nurse(s) who are providing their care. If a patient has taken this action and is still not satisfied, he or she should ask to speak to a Nurse Manager or Supervisor.
If preferred, patients and their loved ones may contact one of our Patient Advocates to discuss their concerns at (631) 473-1320 Ext. 5400. Please note our Patient Advocates are in the hospital Monday – Thursday from 10am – 6pm and Friday 8am – 4pm.
