Located in the main lobby of Mather Hospital, Our Caregivers Center was established to address the unique needs of family caregivers specifically.
Expert Guidance & Resources:

- Support in understanding advanced directives or end-of-life issues
- Help managing family challenges
- Referrals to helpful community resources
The Center Features – Your Space to Recharge:
- A soothing, welcoming environment for respite.
- Opportunities to close your eyes, grab a snack, or simply relax.
- Convenient access to fax and print services.
Ongoing Support & Connection:
- Post-discharge check-ins every few weeks, with your permission, for as long as you need us.
- Our goal is to ensure you feel confident at home, knowing you have us as a trusted and continuous resource.

Our services are provided free of charge and are available to all family caregivers involved with our in-hospital patients or patients receiving outpatient care, as well as community members who are in the caregiving role.
