Rehabilitation Services encompasses inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. Our therapists are not only well trained in all aspects of rehabilitation but also well versed in the areas of medicine, illness and disease. Our philosophy is to provide quality one-on-one care and exceptional patient service.
Physical Therapy
Over the past three years patient satisfaction at our outpatient program has been at 98 percent or greater. Our facility, which opened in 2014, is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise and rehabilitation equipment.
Our licensed physical therapists are trained in dealing with conditions such as neck and back pain, balance and falls rehabilitation, neurological disorders, orthopedic problems, and women’s health issues. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan to maximize ability and foster a more active, independent lifestyle.
Equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bicycles and upper body equipment. A Microsoft Xbox One Kinect system can be used for stretching, strengthening, balance and coordination activities with visual feedback to make traditional therapy activities more engaging and fun.
Specialty programs include a post-rehabilitation program that allows patients to continue their exercise program in a supervised environment once their rehabilitation is complete and a bariatric surgery fitness program.
