There are several types of bowl recipes you may have seen – Acai, Mediterranean, plant based, etc. One of our favorite bowl recipes is an egg bowl. This quick and easy low carb dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner when you don’t have time to cook but still want something healthy and delicious.


2 eggs

½ avocado, sliced

10 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

Everything bagel seasoning



  1. Scramble 2 eggs, then divide them into 2 bowls.
  2. Add ¼ of avocado to each bowl along with the ½ of the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle liberally with Everything Bagel Seasoning.


Nutrition information:  159 calories, 8g protein, 6g carbs, 12g fat

Note:  to boost the fiber and protein add a sprinkle of chia seeds and/or hemp seeds.
