2 cups of your favorite leafy greens, such as spinach, arugula or mixed greens
1 large ripe mango, peeled & diced
1 medium avocado, diced
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 small red onion diced
1/3 long English cucumber, peeled & finely chopped
3 cans tuna packed in water, well drained

1 cup plain no fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
3/4 tsp garlic or onion powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Ground black pepper, to taste
