Duties:
Perform diagnostic testing on patients. Includes patient set-up, ordering supplies as needed, patient education, staff meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
N.B.R.C., Registry or Certification, Current NYS Respiratory License or NYS Authorized Polysomnographic Technologist. 3-5 years of acute hospital care preferred. BLS required, ACLS preferred. RPSGT preferred or must take the RPSGT exam within 2 years of date of hire. Must undergo a 6-8 week in-house training for sleep diagnostic and sleep medicine.
