Duties:
Decontaminate, reprocess, and sterilize surgical instruments & equipment. Assembling of case carts. Communicate information to appropriate personnel with excellent customer service skills. Attend necessary in-services and continued education courses as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous sterile processing experience preferred. Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills needed. Ability to answer phones and to follow and understand directions. Possess good interpersonal skills. Prolonged standing. Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull and lift.
