Susan Morin, RN, MS, PMHCNS-BC, NPP, psychiatric nurse practitioner and Director of Mather’s Adolescent Partial Hospitalization and Eating Disorder Programs, was named a NY-NJ regional winner in Nurse.com’s prestigious Nursing Excellence GEM (Giving Excellence Meaning) Awards.

The GEM Awards program honors superior nurses across the country who make a measurable difference and raise the bar for the nursing profession and society at large. The finalists and the winners were recognized at the regional galas, online and in Nurse.com. Morin won in the Home, Community and Ambulatory Care category. She will represent the region in her category in the National Nurse of the Year Awards.
