MJM Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. will hold its 7th annual Rocky Point St. Patrick’s Day Parade party on Sunday, March 15 and will again be collecting donations for the Fortunato Breast Health Center.

James Mangan, one of the owners of MJM, lost his wife to breast cancer almost five years ago. "Before she passed away, John T. Mather Memorial Hospital cared for my wife on several occasions with professionalism and dignity," he said. "Everyone from the staff in the Emergency Department to the physicians and physician assistants, the wonderful, caring nursing staff and Environmental Services treated Marie as though she was a member of their family, and I will be forever grateful."

Last year, MJM raised $1,950 for the Breast Health Center. "MJM Plumbing & Mechanical, its employees, my family and friends all help to make this party a success each year, Mangan said. "We have doubled the donations made each year and our goal is to double it again this year."

MJM is located at 576 Route 25A along the parade route. The parade begins at 1 pm and takes place along Route 25A from Miller Place to Broadway in Rocky Point. Call MJM at 631-209-1845 for more information.
