Your Aging Ears, Bone Health and Balance, Care for the Caregiver, Healthy Weight/Healthy Life, and Managing Everyday Stress will be among the seminars offered at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital’s Spring Semester of its HealthyU seminar series and health fair on Saturday, March 18 from 9 am to 2:30 pm at the Hospital.

HealthyU is a FREE event offering nine seminars focused on physical, emotional and financial health. The health fair offers free screenings and health and wellness information.
