A free seminar on Estate and Charitable Gift Planning will be held at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 7 pm. The seminar will take place in the Hospital’s new Long Island Anesthesia Physicians Conference Center in the Arthur & Linda Calace Foundation Pavilion.
The seminar will be led by R. Matthew Pate, JD, LL.M., of The Nautilus Group, a New York Life Insurance Company, who will provide an overview of the tax advantages of the different types of legacy gifts and how planned charitable gifts are an important part of the estate.
