Learn how to prevent and manage osteoporosis and what treatment options are available at a free seminar at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital on Thursday, May 28 from 4:30-6 pm in Conference Rooms 1&2.

The seminar will address:

–           Preventing osteoporosis

–           Managing the disease

–           Understanding fracture risks

–           Treatment options

Ella Rosenbloom, MD, Board Certified Endocrinologist, will discuss the causes of osteoporosis, how you can help avoid the disease, and how to manage it through medication and lifestyle changes.

Mohammad Bilal, MD, Board Certified Interventional Radiologist, will discuss some of the current minimally invasive procedures being used to treat spinal fractures and other problems causes by osteoporosis.
