Our vision is to deliver exceptional pharmacy services by fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the health and wellbeing of our patients and the broader community. We believe that by working together, we can ensure more effective care, improve medication management, and promote overall health outcomes.
Residency Program
The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program spans twelve months and aims to cultivate clinical, operational and leadership skills, all while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. The program consists of core and elective learning experiences delivered longitudinally and in 5-week rotation blocks. Throughout the program, residents will engage in longitudinal experiences to further their understanding of regulatory compliance, antibiotic stewardship, committee involvement, and various pharmacy enhancement initiatives. Our program will give residents the opportunity to advance and strengthen their professional pharmacy development, emerge as skilled practitioners, and prepare for PGY2 and board certification.
Additionally, residents will participate in national, state, and/or local pharmacy conferences, such as the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) Midyear Clinical Meeting and The Eastern States Residency Conference. Residents are expected to showcase their longitudinal projects at these events.
Available Rotations

Core (required) rotations:

Additional longitudinal opportunities may be developed to align with the resident’s interests and career goals.
This structure supports the resident’s development into a confident, competent, and well-prepared pharmacy practitioner equipped for a variety of professional paths.
