Learn about cardiac health for women, the difference between memory and dementia, how to control and prevent diabetes, techniques for reducing stress, and healthcare decision making and financial planning in retirement at HealthyU, a free health symposium and health fair presented by Mather Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 8 am to 12:15 pm at Suffolk County Community College in Selden. HealthyU is designed to educate our community on physical, emotional and financial health.

HealthyU consists of nine panels and a health fair featuring free health screenings, interactive exhibits and health and wellness information. Participants can also sign up for New York State healthcare exchanges.
