A new hip in a day
Jennifer Zito, 53, rarely skips a workout. Since her long distance running days in high school, she’s stayed active, practicing yoga and martial arts several times a week. Both activities require a lot of hip stretching. “It’s important to have a good range of motion,” Zito says.
