Employees who meet a required number of hours in a calendar year receive credit for one year of service in Mather Hospital’s Pension Plan. New employees become fully vested after three years for the Defined Contribution Plan.
Tuition Refund Plan
Mather Hospital encourages employees to further their education to become more proficient in their position and reimburses full time employees 100 percent of six credits per semester to a maximum of $4,000 per academic year (after completion of six months employment). Regular part time employees are eligible for 50 percent reimbursement, up to $2,000 per academic year.
