Questions and Concerns About Your Care
Mather Hospital strives to be the best community teaching hospital in New York State. To achieve this, we must provide our patients with the best quality of care, safety and service. Should a patient or their loved ones have any questions or concerns they should speak to the physicians(s) and/or nurse(s) who are providing their care. If a patient has taken this action and still not satisfied, he or she should ask to speak to a nurse Manager or Supervisor.
If preferred, patients and their loved ones may contact one of Patient Advocates to discuss their concerns at Ext. 5400. Please note our Patient Advocates are in the hospital Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.
We will do everything we can to address any concerns or questions in a timely and effective manner. If for any reason the Hospital is unable to completely address your concerns, you may:
