From Eastbound Northern State Parkway: Service: To End. Follow signs to Route 347. Take Route 347 to Route 112. Turn left heading north on Route 112 and proceed as above.

Railroad Connections: Service: Mather is located within walking distance from the Long Island Railroad's Port Jefferson Station. Take the Port Jefferson Branch from Penn Station in New York City. Taxi service is also available for the short trip to the hospital.

Ferry Service: The dock of the Port Jefferson - Bridgeport Ferry is located one mile from the hospital in the scenic downtown area of Port Jefferson. Taxi service is available.
