At the end of each year, John T. Mather Memorial Hospital
creates a report to the community, formally known as the “Community
Service Plan,” a document that essentially serves as
an annual report for Mather Hospital.
In the Community Service Plan, you’ll find a review
of our new and innovative healthcare services designed to improve
and promote the health of the members of our community. You’ll
also find information about the complete scope of our services,
along with a review of our operational and financial performance
for the previous year. The Plan also includes the Hospital’s
policies regarding access to care – regardless of the
ability to pay – as well as an overview of the many charitable
and community services Mather Hospital provides.
