Directions to the Main Campus:

By Car:
From Long Island Expressway: Follow Long Island Expressway (L.I.E. 495) to Exit 64, Route 112 Northbound. Travel approximately 10 miles. Cross Long Island Rail Road tracks. Turn right at first traffic light onto North Country Road. Mather Hospital is directly ahead on your left.

From Eastbound Northern State Parkway: Follow Northern State Parkway to the end. Follow signs to Route 347. Take Route 347 to Route 112. Turn left heading north on Route 112. Cross Long Island Rail Road tracks. Turn right at first traffic light onto North Country Road. Mather Hospital is directly ahead on your left.

By Long Island Rail Road:
Port Jefferson is the final stop on the Port Jefferson Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. Mather Hospital is located within walking distance from the Port Jefferson station. Taxi service is also available for the short trip to the Hospital.
